Hi, Tina. I got your e-mail concerning the new phone system. You said that you couldn’t hold clear conversations while using it, but I couldn’t quite understand the nature of the problem. Is it your headset or headset connection?
Do you hear buzzing sounds or other interference? Are there problems with the voicemail? Let me know so that I can make a service request to the technician.
Fortunately, the phone companies gave us a few extra telephone sets, so I can have a replacement phone installed for you while yours is being looked at. Just let me know what color you prefer. Currently we have the phones in black, brown, and gray. White is no longer available. Also, let me know if your installation request is urgent. Thanks!

Hi, Mark. Thank you for your quick response. Here are the details of my phone problem. Whenever I make a call, the person at the other end says that my voice isn’t coming through loudly enough, and I end up shouting. However, when I receive incoming calls, I can hear the caller perfectly. Also, callers who have been transferred to my line say that they had no problems hearing our recorded message playing while they were on hold. Maybe it’s a malfunction with the transmission system. I don’t know.
Anyway, it would be great if I could borrow one of those extra phone sets. As for color, I don’t really like black or brown, but any other color is fine. I may need another headset just in case, as I never use the speakerphone feature when I’m on conference calls. There is no rush, though. Starting Tuesday, I will be on vacation for two weeks.
