Warren, who has run Gamma for nearly 15 years, also stressed that the company’s employees are the key to avoiding bankruptcy. "We are going to focus more on employee enrichment and training seminars. That will give us a smarter, better performing staff with skills that match the most up-to-date advances in technology."
