The Bureau of Food and Drugs and the Health Department will hold a state-wide training seminar on food safety inspection at the Health Department conference hall in Springfield on March 15. The seminar has been arranged to ensure proper evaluation of food handling procedures in restaurants and fast-food outlets. The Bureau will also introduce new inspection guidelines during the event.
