Message I purchased a software program at your shop on September 3, but I’ve been having some problems using it. I was able to install it successfully on my desktop computer. However, every time I use the program for more than five minutes, the operating system automatically shuts down and then restarts. The same thing happened when I tried using the application a second time, and it has continued to happen since. I cannot seem to figure out what the problem is. I would be extremely grateful if you could help me with this issue before the 90-day warranty ends. Thank you, and I hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you for your e-mail. We are so sorry for the troubles you have experienced in using our software. In the past three months, we have received inquiries from other customers who also had difficulties with their purchases, so we decided to conduct a series of tests. The results suggest that defective source codes caused the various programs to malfunction: Web Browser is unable to load pages completely: error messages appear upon the start-up of Database Organizer: certain files cannot be opened using Document Manager: and Image Editor shuts down computer systems after operating for about five minutes.
Rest assured, we have fixed the errors and would be more than happy to replace your software. Please do not forget to submit your official receipt when you return the item to our shop.
