Bach of the three shopping malls will have an approximate area of 20,000 square meters. The malls to be established in Thailand and Vietnam will have convention halls and activity centers equipped with conference rooms, gymnasiums, bowling alleys, and movie theaters.
According to Brewster, funding will be derived from recently sold bonds amounting to $3 billion, foreign loans, and proceeds of the upcoming stock offering.

According to financial figures released by Arthur Holdings last year, revenues from its Singapore operations grew 15 percent, to $250 million. Moreover, profits went up 20 percent, to $175 million.
