I am sending this letter to contest the billing charges for the catering service you provided for Zaider Corporation last Saturday night. I am seriously disappointed with what happened. I request that you personally look into the matter, as I will not submit my payment until the excess costs of the entrees and extra charges for the drinks have been deducted from the total. A copy of our contract is enclosed for your reference.
