We regret that you did not enjoy your island excursion yesterday. However, we must clarify that we did not intend to cut your trip short. Your tour guides decided to skip some islands to allow more time for your parasailing activity, which you requested yesterday morning. We sincerely apologize for not discussing the matter with you immediately upon your return.
We have been informed that you are demanding a refund because of your unsatisfactory experience. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund. Our policy states that fees for water recreation and sports activities are nonrefundable. To compensate you, we will give you two meal vouchers for any of the restaurants on the premises, which you may use during your stay with us.
