Thank you for coming today to our focus group session. I’ m Turmila Dreifort, director of product development.  As you know, we asked each of you to participate in this discussion because you purchased ABE mattresses from our company in the last six months. We want to know what you think of them.   Before we begin the discussion, I’m going to hand out a questionnaire. It has just a few basic questions about the quality of your sleeping experience since you bought our mattresses. The main thing we want to know is "Do you sleep better now?" and if you do, which we certainly hope is the case, " How much better?"
