WB Where is everybody today? It’s really quiet in here.
MA Fridays in July and August tend to be like this. Lots of people taking vacation days or half-days to get out of the heat of the city. On top of that, there’s some kind of promotional event being hosted by one of our vendors in the cafeteria.
WB Right. Marge and Henry just told me that they were on their way over there. But still, it’s almost too quiet. In a way it helps you concentrate on your work, but at the same time, it’s so quiet it feels odd —like being here on a Saturday—and that doesn’t help me concentrate!
MA I know what you mean. Why don’t we stop by the cafeteria ourselves to see what’s going on?
