The world of entertainment is sad to announce the passing of one of its favorite sons, Jimmy Black. Jimmy finally lost his battle with cancer last night. His family and closest friends were at his bedside when he passed. Jimmy will be best remembered for his string of number-one hits in the early 70’s including Sweet Street, Fit Walk With You and Shoelace Lover. Jimmy will also be remembered for overcoming a highly publicized addiction to weight loss medication in the ’80’s. Jimmy went on to have his own variety in Las Vegas, which ran to rave reviews for almost two decades. Jimmy leaves behind his wife Su Mi and 15 children to 7 different marriages.
