Good evening, and welcome to Channel three’s "BIZ World." Tonight, our special guest is Matthew Baker, who is a prominent professor at Wellington University in Toronto. Dr. Baker is well known for his research into the socialization process in new employees, but today he is here to tell us more about his new book, "Motivational Communication." It is the result of a two-year research project conducted in cooperation with 5 local companies. He explored the impact of new employees’ behavior with their supervisors.
