W: Hi, Tony. Mr. Brooks from the Stanley Company just called. He was confirming a group reservation for next Friday and Saturday, for the Ambassador suites. He said his group was guaranteed the Empire banquet room, too. Is that right?
M: That’s correct. We had promised the company the smaller Madison Room because the Empire Room was already booked for a Northern University graduation party. But the university group then decided to switch rooms at the last minute.
W: I see. Also, the Stanley Company is enrolled in our frequent guest program. So they get an accommodation discount, right?
M: Right. They’ll also get some discount dining room coupons when they check in. Just so we don’t get confused, I’m going to print out the new schedule for that weekend’s banquet room reservations.
