It will help employees keep their mind on work, thus reducing staff turnover. As for language training course, I don’t think it is necessary for the moment, since most of the employees speak English well. The training programs should focus on IT courses and International Business.
   The Training programs should consist of early morning sessions, one-day events and residential weekends. As for human resource officials, you may ask, what do they need to do first? I think they need to prepare a draft of training schedule, submit an estimate for the program, and design a questionnaire for participants.
