   a．Money is not everything. In my opinion, job satisfaction is more important than money. You need to put job satisfaction before money while looking for a job. If you find an interesting job, and you are willing to do it, just take on the job. You will enjoy it. You then put your heart into it and end up doing it well. If it’s not an interesting job, you don’t like it, but you’ll have to do it. If money is the only thing for doing the job, you will not put your whole heart into it, and you’ll just perform your duty in a perfunctory manner. You may not do your job well, and will not achieve considerable success. You will end up getting no job satisfaction. However, if your job is just acceptable but far from what you desire, and you cannot get a satisfactory job at the moment, you should find what you like best from the job. Cherish what you like, and ignore what you dislike in the job. Gradually, you will come to like your job. Success will come to you in the end.
   b．Money is not everything, but everything needs money. When you lose your job, and you cannot get money from various sources, you could barely make ends meet. It’s not a great job, but it’s a living.  You have to find a way that you earn money. The job may not be satisfactory, but it can scrape a living. You have to do a job. You may work freelance, working independently for different companies rather than being employed by one particular company. Whatever you do. Without money, you will get nowhere. Therefore, I believe that money is more important than job satisfaction.
   c．Job satisfaction is very important. One especially important attitude in most organizations is job satisfaction. Job satisfaction or dissatisfaction is an attitude that reflects the extent to which individuals are gratified by or fulfilled in their work. Extensive research has indicated that personal factors such as an individual’s needs and aspirations determine job satisfaction, along with group and organizational factors such as relationship with coworkers and supervisors and working conditions, work policies and compensation. A satisfied employee also tends to be absent less often, to make positive contributions, and to stay with the organization. In contrast, a dissatisfied employee may be absent more often, may experience stress that disrupts coworkers, and may be continually looking for another job.
   d．Job satisfaction is important. However, high levels of job satisfaction do not necessarily lead to higher levels of performance. I think money is more important than job satisfaction. Research has shown, at least in some settings, that employees who are dissatisfied with their salary are most likely to leave their employers. Money motivates the staff to work hard. Money is the most important motivation for doing business. Without satisfactory payroll, there could be no job satisfaction.  The rich people may say:“I could be happy when I had money, but sometimes even happier without. ”For the rich, the richer he becomes, the unhappier he is. For the common people, especially the underprivileged, money means everything to them.
