    I here submit the following proposal to inform you of my suggestion for the training course.
    As we know, our company is of service trade and etiquette is the most important thing. Therefore, I strongly recommend that Etiquette Training, which aims to improve the services of the staff, should be our first choice in choosing a training course. The reasons why I consider Etiquette Training a better choice over Technique Training can be concluded as the following: First, as is listed above, service standard shapes the destiny of our hotel. Second, some newcomers are not familiar about the etiquette and can’t de their jobs perfectly, which has affected the degree of satisfaction of cur customers. Third, technique training courses are offered by department leaders once a month, so there is no need for a technique training throughout the whole company.     As a result，I recommend that al l the staff of the company get the etiquette course every Saturday afternoon from this week fill the end of this month And a test should be given at the end of the training to make sure that everyone has benefited from the course．
