The bar charts show the percentages of employee’s satisfaction degree on their two leaders in a company.
As for leader A, he gets a sixty-seven percent degree of satisfaction and thirty percent of the employees are very satisfied with him, with only three percent degree of dissatisfaction.indicating that he’s enjoying a positive interpersonal relationship in his company.
On the contrary, leader B has a lower degree of satisfaciton, with only forty percent degree of satisfaciton and as much as forty-two percent degree of dissatisfaction, only eighteen percent of the employees are very satisfied with him.This negative feedback needs our further attention.
Looking at the percentages of employee’s satisfaction degree on their two leaders from the two pie charts, we can conclude that leader A is more respected in the company while leader is not so popular.
