The purpose of this report is to recommend ways to improve the product according to the feedbacks of the chosen customers. All the figures and information are obtained from the feedback from customers.
After a thorough analysis of the feedbacks from customers we chose for product-use test, I found the following problems about the products. First, the customers think the charger of the battery is too big and can’t be carried with everywhere, while the style of the battery doesn’t allow being charged with universal chargers. Second, some customers, especially some women customers, think the pattern of the battery is neither very pleasing nor attractive. Third, some customers think that the name of the battery is not very vivid and they don’t think it can attract many customers.
We took serious considerations to the feedbacks and compared our product with that of the opponents and found some advantages and disadvantages of the product. Our battery lasts long and is easy to take along with, which attracts customers the most. What’s more, our battery can be used in different kinds of electric budgets and that adds more to the advantages. However, our product is not appealing in its design and name, and the charger is a little too big. As a result, I think that we should change the name and design two appearances for men and women differently. What’s more, the charger should be improved to be more suitable for trips.
