Brand A had the lowest degree of satisfaction in 2009, with a sharp increase in the third quarter and the lowest in the fourth. Brand B and C showed a relatively steady degree of satisfaction, with brand B ranging from 30 to 40 while brand C fluctuating around 40. Brand D showed a steady rise in the first three quarters and drops in the fourth.
In 2010, degree of satisfaction for brand A rose steadily while brand B dropped in the second quarter and increased in the third. Brand C was relatively steady, but the degree was lower than that of 2009. Brand D had a sharp increase and climbed to the highest in the third quarter, with a dropped in the fourth.
It is clear that brand satisfaction about milk should be enhanced by improving quality of the products and services.
