答案 To start with, we should prioritise the tasks in terms of the importance of tasks we need to cope with. According to the 80/20 rule in management, once the 20% of priorities are dealt with, the rest 80% are out of question.
Moreover, if the workload at hand is too heavy to bear, we can try to allocate these tasks to our colleagues so as to work more efficiently and foster the spirit of teamwork.
Finally, do not forget to make a deadline to each task and properly arrange our schedule. The more tasks we have, the earlier we’d better start. Only in this way can we meet the deadline.
