Well in a sense I’ve got no choice in the matter. No one’s actually told me to get the qualification. It’s just that from my point of view, my own sense of confidence, if you like, I feel that if I’m going to be responsible for instructing other people in the company, then I should do something to improve my own level of knowledge. On the other hand, I don’t know what I feel about the course it self. One thing is for sure, I am not looking forward to the journey there and back every day. It’s going to be very tiring.
