Man: As far as I see it, there are two small trouble spots in this agreement. One is the wording of our company’s involvement in paragraph four on page twelve. We don’t want to be held fully responsible. Another trouble spot is the wording of the last paragraph on page sixteen. I would take out this phrase here and replace it with "prior to the date of delivery".

Woman: Well, you see I’ve looked through the contract several times and I think all the important items have been covered. For the time being, it seems that what we need to do is to set up a date to have it signed and then we can go about putting it into effect.
