                                                Introduction
    This report aims to compare possible sites with one in Lake Business Park and the other in the new block. Findings
    The Lake Business Park has many empty units. Even worse, the "recent office extension" mentioned in the advert is actually a 20-year-old building in bad repair. Its parking space can only accommodate 80 cars. Another premises under consideration is the new office block with a modern air-conditioned office building and new warehouse units. Besides, it gains easy access to the motorway with 200 parking spaces in it.
Conclusions
    The Lake Business Park has relatively small space for office and parking. The new office block, on the other hand, has better conditions and larger space for parking with good transport connections. Recommendations It is wise to buy the new office block at ￡ 350 000.
