The objective of this report is to analyze the sustainability of our business expansion through the analysis of staff enrollment needs.
Findings
While the order quantity system has been upgraded and the demand for business expansion has been doubled in the previous two years, the specialized staff number has just increased by 10 percent, which brings huge pressure to achieve our task.
