Introduction
The objective of this proposal is to summaries the weaknesses of the current website and recommend new services and information to be provided for the website
Findings
    As the number of clients visiting our web has almost increased by three times in 2008 than those in 2007, it sharply decreased in 2009 due to the inflexible structure, which has not been renewed for three years.
    The existing website fails to meet the demand of our new information issuing.
    We fail to sustain the balance of web use of different departments.
    The complaint of our clients has reflected the threat we meet.
Recommendations
I think it is necessary for us to improve our services. I wish to recommend a series of online services, merging online information with data collected about individuals’ offline purchase to better promote our goods, thus remaking our website into a reliable one departing from its once-serious image.
