As you can see, turnover, sales and profits all fell slightly last year due to the difficult market conditions in this sector after September 11th. Although profits decreased more than we had expected, market share was affected by growth in our main competitor’s expansion and went down by 1. 7 percent. Well, we think that inflation has affected consumer confidence and this, combined with rising unemployment, will mean our figures remain the same again this year.
