问题     You are the office director of the department store. Read part of a letter of complaint from a cell phone user.
I am writing to complain about the cell phone I bought from your department store on 23 April. Unfortunately, the next day I found that it could not be switched on. I tried in vain several times to get its power on. I insist that you replace the cell phone immediately or refund me my money in full.
    Write an email to this customer:
    expressing your apology
    giving a reasonable explanation
    making a suggestion on how to deal with the matter
    apologising again.
    Write 60-80 words on your Answer Sheet.

We appreciate your bringing this issue to our attention.
I am sorry to learn that the cell phone you bought in our department store does not work. Based on your description, I guess there could be something wrong with the battery. I will not be sure about it until I see the phone. Therefore, I suggest you bring it back whenever you are available and we will check out where the problem is.
I apologise again for the inconvenience we have caused to you.
