I am writing to propose a meeting with you on 9 September. At the meeting, I intend to discuss with you about how to increase sales. I hope you could give me some advice. Please let me know if you will be available on that day.
    Write an email to Peter Grant:
- apologising for being unable to attend the meeting
- explaining the reason why you cannot go
- suggesting another date
- asking him to confirm the appointment with your secretary.
    Write 60 -80 words on your Answer Sheet.
    Do not include any postal address.
