    Thank you for your telephone enquiry about conference rooms available for holding a sales training course. There is a room available on 21 May 2011 which can hold thirty people.
    If this is suitable, please confirm the booking in writing as soon as possible. Also tell me how many trainees will attend the course.

confirming the date of the booking.
