    I received a telephone call this morning from a Jiang surnamed client who complained about our late delivery. She ordered our latest product last Monday which should have been delivered to her last Friday. For this reason, I checked our ordering and delivering system carefully and found that the power cut last Monday afternoon causes some missing of the some record in our ordering system, including Mrs. Jiang’s. To make up for this mistake, I suggest sending her goods immediately by express no freight and calling to apologize to her. What do you think about it?
