    The Global M&A Research Center was established jointly by the Institute of World Economics & Politics at the Chinese Academy of Social Science (CASS), the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) and China M&A Network in November 2001. It is a non-profit professional research institution specializing in domestic and international M&A analysis and research.
    The Center researches global M&A trends and helps domestic enterprises meet the WTO challenge. It provides authoritative research reports and strategic guidance to the Chinese Government and SOEs. The Center also provides a platform for the Chinese academic community to discuss and promote new ideas.
