   I am the general secretary of PE academic society.  It is my great honor to write to you and invite you to attend a meeting named "Science and Society" held by us.  Since we know you are a passionate and professional person in this field, we will appreciate very much of your presence.
   The meeting will be held in Beijing Hotel, from 25 to 29, this month.  We will mainly focus on the relationship between social and science development.  We will in charge of everything including lodging and accommodation.  So if you have some special requirements about eating or abode, please inform us as soon as possible, then we can make some arrangement for you.  All the service will be free of charge.
   Please give us your reply at your convenient time and we sincerely hope your attendance.
