    As we can see from the picture, many vehicles are moving slowly like snails on the two-way road in a city. It is not doubtful that there is a traffic jam, which is a big headache of many big city governors.
    The recent years have seen a remarkable growth of personal cars. As the improvement of city dwellers’ life, more and more bought personal cars for the convenience of doing things instead of taking buses, and many families even own more than one car.
    Some people who can’ t afford a personal car tend to take taxi, because they think the buses are too crowded and move too slowly. Therefore, the number of taxies also increases remarkably.
    But the explosion of personal cars and taxies, together with other vehicles has not only polluted the environment, but also caused serious traffic problems. Traffic jams occur frequently and people in the car become anxious for fear of being late to work, but without any solution. What they can do is just to wait.
    So how to solve the traffic jam problem? One effective way is to lift the oil price. Since our country is short of oil, so this measure will not only limit the number of cars, but also save the strategic natural source for other important issues. Another solution to this problem is to improve the price for taking a taxi, which has been conducted in Beijing. It will limit the number of people who will take a taxi and can also save the oil source. Also it is advisable for everyone to take a bus to relieve the traffic pressure.
