    With the development of society, more and more new phenomena are emerging. One of them is job-hopping. Some people uphold it while others do not In my opinion, it has both positive and negative sides.
    First I’ll discuss the positive side. Many people, especially youngsters, like to change their jobs at times. The reason is that job-hopping will bring them new challenges and opportunities and they can deal with more demanding jobs in which they can get different work experiences. In addition, people hope for better salaries or better conditions. This is of great importance because one has to eat and wear.
    As for the negative side, I think, frequent jobbing-hopping is not beneficial to self-development. If we work in a field for a long time, we can accumulate a lot of experience in that field which in turn will further improve our work. Besides, when growing up with a industry, we’ll have more understanding about its culture, its human resources. That means there are more opportunities for us, such as promotion, high salaries, etc.
    Altogether, it needs the effort of both corporation and individual to avoid the job-hopping phenomenon. For individuals, they should improve themselves in the aspect of idea and knowledge so that they can become more and more professional and competitive. And for corporations which want to employ the best employees, they need to refine the personnel management system and create favorable working and living conditions to make their employees stay. Anyway, too frequent job-hopping does no good to both employers and employees.
