    Recently I read an article about the use of plastic bags in your newspaper. In my opinion, restrictions on the use of plastic bags are so significant that every one should give it attention, and the following actions can be taken.
    First of all, the chief thing that should be done is to stop offering free disposable plastic bags. Besides, raise the price of plastic bags in department stores or supermarkets, therefore customers will get them in terms of their requirement and not squander them any more. At last, develop new packaging stuffs beneficial to environmental protection, such as clothing bags, to replace them.
