    As we all know, the determiners of success or achievement depend on various aspects, such as the ambition, the ability to adapt, the persistence, etc. Some people believe that success in life results from taking risks or chances. Others believe that success results from careful planning. It is undeniable that trying new things and taking risks may be the initiative to encourage us to move forward to be successful. While, without careful and cautious planning, we will not even know what to do. The road to great success, however, is both setting goals with courage and working hard with perseverance.
    Life is an adventurous trip and no one can avoid taking risks or chances. Most of the time, successful man could be someone who once made a courageous decision toward ultimate goals. We have heard many stories about those people who have done great things. They have one personality in common, that is, gust of risk-taking. They are not afraid of risking failure and brave enough to take any chances to gain success.
    However, being brave can not guarantee success in any events. Careful planning assists to construct a strategy and framework, guiding us to the way without deviating from the general orientation and avoid feeling groundless in the bottom of heart. Indeed, most people succeed due to the way they carry out their strategies always with determined patience. To put it simply, people with strategies can succeed because, with consistency of purpose, they know where they are going.
    In conclusion, neither taking risks nor careful planning should be missing on the way of being successful. Taking risks gives us courage and gust to initiate our careers. It will help us to ignore the penalties of failure, but instead only visualizing the rewards of success. While careful planning gives us strategies and directions to take steps without giving up.
