Yet we often psyche ourselves out of getting started by【W6】______thinking about the change as something【W7】______before we’ve even begun. It seems too overwhelming to think about making a big change and【W8】______with it every day for the rest of your life when you’re still habituated to doing the【W9】______. The more you think about the change as something permanent, the more you【W10】______where you are. But what if you thought about making the change only【W11】______say for 30 days — and then you’re free to go back to your old habits? That doesn’t seem so hard anymore.
