答案 Net-bars Need to Be Put in Order
    With the popularization of Internet, net-bars are thriving in China nowadays. To some degree, net-bars are beneficial and helpful for they provide opportunities to get linked with Internet. However, every coin has two sides. Just as is shown in the pictures, the schoolboy has stayed at a net-bar day and night for a couple of days without anybody ever stopping him or searching for him and some bars have unhealthy practice. Therefore, net-bars need to be put in proper order.
    The reasons for this phenomenon are complicated and such behavior is very harmful not only to the agent concerned but also to our society. Net-bar is a newly emerging thing and the standing laws can’t keep up with the change, without law enforcement on it, net-bars’ management couldn’t be standardized. Schools, on the one hand, fail to organize vivid and vigorous extracurricular activities to attract teenagers’ attention out of unhealthy things. On the other hand, the communication between school and parents are not adequate. Parents are also to blame for the indulgence. Most of them only restrict their children but fail to guide them to the proper use of Internet.
    Fortunately, the government has realized the existing problems concerning net-bars and strengthened the management of net-bars. The most effective measure is to close down any net-bar that is open to schoolchildren. Hopefully this will stop the impressionable teenagers from going astray.
