[Reason 2] Secondly, television encourages people to be passive, not active.
   When we watch television, we just sit there and absorb the sounds
   and pictures. There’s no interaction. People are losing their ability to
   communicate because they are so used to passively watching TV.
[Conclusion] For these reasons, television stops people from communicating
