答案     When I was in college, I once participated in a Taichi club. You know, Taichi is one type of Chinese Kung fu. At first, I just wanted to learn something without any specific purpose of learning it. After one-month’s practice, I found playing Taichi could...um...not only make me healthier than before, but it could also make me keep calm most of the time. For example, before I played Taichi, I always felt dizzy every time I stood up. But, since I practiced it, this situation got better everyday. And also, before I played Taichi, 1 always felt very anxious when taking exams. But after I played it, I don’t feel anxious anymore. So, I like Taichi very much and still practice it everyday.
