A: I have been studying Chinese for quite a long time, but still find it hard to understand a lot of it. Recently I am told that modern Chinese is already easier than that in ancient time.

A: Is that so? I am really intrigued, and can you introduce more details about the Tang poetry?

So the poetry of the Tang Dynasty is the peak of ancient Chinese poetry, far beyond the reach of the followers.
