Israel’s Attorney General has decided not to indict Prime Minister Ariel Sharon for alleged corruption in connection with a failed property deal known as the Greek Island Affair. Attorney General Menachem Mazuz announced his decision in Jerusalem Tuesday to drop the corruption case against Mr. Sharon. The case involves allegations that Mr. Sharon when he was Foreign Minister in the late 1990s, improperly tried to help a land developer seeking to build a resort on a Greek island. The Prime Minister denies the allegations.
