    Once described as one of the most outrageously talented performers of her generation, Amy Winehouse shot to fame in her early 20s. Her distinctive soul voice won her plaudits galore, including five Grammys. But she was also hitting the headlines for all the wrong reasons. Her behaviour became increasingly erratic, and she was often drunk on stage.
    The low point came when her husband Blake Fielder-Civil was accused of obstructing justice, and she was pictured apparently smoking a crack pipe. Despite the title of her most famous song, there were numerous sessions in rehab but to no avail.
