United Nations and international agencies are praising Serbia’ s decision to transfer former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic to the Hague. Lisa Schlein in Geneva reports Mr. Milosevic was extradited on Thursday to the International War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague to face charges of crimes against humanity.
     United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan is one of many world leaders hailing the handover of Slobodan Milosevic to the war crimes court. He said this was a day that will be remembered not for vengeance, but for justice.
