M: Would you like to go to the campus concert with me tonight?
W: I didn’t know there was going to be a concert. Who’s playing?
M: A Dixieland jazz band from New Orleans.
W: Oh great! I heard a band like that two years ago. It was very unusual. All of the players were in their seventies and eighties.
M: It must be the same group! The piano player is seventy-seven, and the trumpet player is eighty years old.
W: They’re remarkable musicians. I just loved the last concert, and I’m sure I’ll like this one too. I’m glad you asked me.
M: The concert start at eight o’clock. Do you want to go out to dinner first?
W: Sure, but I want to share the expenses.
M: I’d really appreciate that. My funds are pretty low right now.
W: Well, I’ll pay for my own dinner then, and I’ll buy me a concert ticket too.
M: Fine with me. I’ll come over to your dormitory at six o’clock, okay?
W: Sure. See you later at the dorm.
