A man has been arrested after a Blackburn Rovers fan was found unconscious with a head injury during a Premier League match at Stoke City. The man is critical at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire. Police were alerted to an incident in a concourse in a stand housing away fans just after 1600 GMT. (29) It is believed the injured man, thought to be in his late 20s, was hit on the head with a bin. A 25-year-old man has been arrested. (30) The injured man was initially treated at the scene for a head injury and cardiac arrest by staff from West Midlands Ambulance Service and St John Ambulance, police said.
