    No one can deny the fact that teenagers have been the main force in the hot TV talent shows recently. TV talent show is the platform on which ordinary duckling would become a super star. Some young candidates even give up their study to pursue their dreams. So many adults, especially teachers and parents, are concerned about it and suggest that students should be banned from attending the TV talent shows. To be frank, I cannot agree with them.
    In my opinion, students should be free to attend the TV talent shows. My arguments for this point are as follows. One of the primary reasons is that study is not the only way to realize one’s value. Life means a lot, but the most important is to develop one’s ability. If a young girl could become a good singer in the talent show, why should we bury her talent in books? What’s more, Bill Gates’ case has clearly told us the diploma wasn’t equal to ability, so quitting school is not the end of the world. As long as the young men know their goals, their elders should support their decisions and offer wise guidance if possible.
    Generally speaking, though being young and inexperienced, students are independent and free to choose their own paths. They can fulfill their dreams in a smoother way with the support of their parents and teachers.

    范文选择了肯定的观点，先简单介绍思路1，然后对其进行否定，引出思路2的观点，对于学生参加选秀节目给予肯定。
