   We can see clearly from the chart that the number and proportion of old men in our country rose considerably and stably in eight years. There is no doubt that China will soon step into the aged society. For one thing, in the past decades, we have witnessed great development in China. The government invested more and more money into the social security of citizens and these policies effectively helped people live longer. For another, with the improvement of living standards, people begin to pay more attention to their health than ever before. Books and TV programs on health care become very popular. The increasing awareness of personal health enables old people to enjoy a healthy and happy life.
   I believe that unavoidable problems would occur when we get into the aged society. It would be a challenging task for our country to adopt appropriate measures for the old.
