答案     The real-name ticket purchase policy is generally helpful, but there are also some negative elements in it. In my opinion, the policy needs improving and I hope it will serve people better.
    As a student, I have a personal experience of buying train ticket very difficult. Sometimes, the ticket has been sold out and I have to buy from the scalper which costs more money. When the real-name ticket purchase policy is launched, the scalping of ticket becomes impossible. It ensures the benefit of travelers.
    However, the new policy is not that perfect. It causes new problems. The policy requires people to take their ID cards to buy ticket and to board. If someone forgets his card, he will be denied to take the train. In addition, the information of the purchaser such as the name and the ID number are all printed in the ticket. If the ticket is lost, the information of that person is let out too. This may cause other guilts.
    So the policy is still not good enough and it needs to be perfected. But I believe someday it will reach perfection.
