答案      The bar graph reveals the changes in terms of China’s total food output since 1996 to 2018.We can see clearly that in spite of some fluctuations between 1996 and 2003， the total food output experienced a steady increase from 2003 and remained at the same level after 2015.Besides, the chart shows that the total food output is the lowest in 2003 （about 4.3 billion tons），and the highest in 2017 （about 6.6 billion tons） .
     The past two decades has witnessed that the total food output has fluctuated within a reasonable range, except in 2000, when the figure declined hugely to 4.6 billion tons.Nevertheless, what can be predicted is that the food output may remain at the level of 6.5 billion tons in the following years.
