    Nowadays, an increasing number of people are using mobile phones, for they bring our lives various advantages. First, they are convenient to bring and easy for people to contact and communicate with others. Second, most of mobile phones have the function of playing MP3, which enables people to enjoy music everywhere. Third, people can even play some electronic games on the mobile phone.
    It is true that the mobile phone has lots of benefits, but the chief disadvantages are as follows. People using a mobile phone usually have to pay a big phone bill every month; noisy ringing and loud speaking often interrupt other’s work.
    From what has been discussed above, we can draw the conclusion that it is advisable to turn off the mobile phone on the following occasions: learning in the classroom, attending a conference, and seeing a movie in the cinema.
